Understanding Therapy Costs

The cost of therapy can vary depending on your therapist, session length, insurance coverage, and benefits. We believe transparency is important, and our team is happy to help you understand your options before beginning services.

Out-of-Network Benefits

1

Some insurance plans provide out-of-network mental health benefits. If applicable, we can provide documentation that may allow you to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance company.

2

Self- Pay

For clients who choose not to use insurance or whose plans do not cover our services, private pay options are available. This allows for greater flexibility and privacy in your care.

3

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining expected costs for healthcare services. If you are not using insurance, we will provide information about anticipated charges before services begin.
