Michael Couture, M.A.
Welcome—I'm Michael Couture, MA, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping children, teens, and young adults feel understood, supported, and empowered through compassionate, personalized therapy.
I believe meaningful therapy begins with trust, genuine connection, and a safe space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. Together, we'll work to better understand your challenges, build practical coping skills, and help you move toward the life you want to live.
I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through challenges including anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, and the unique pressures that come with school, relationships, and personal development. My approach is individualized because I believe every person brings their own strengths, experiences, and goals to therapy.

A Collaborative Approach to Therapy
I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen healthy coping skills, and build confidence in navigating life's challenges.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered approaches, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Every person’s journey is different. Together, we will identify your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and create goals that are meaningful to you.
