About Me
My goal is to provide a space where you can safely express your feelings and thoughts. In our sessions, I employ a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, play therapy, motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, and mindfulness- based interventions. Together, we will work towards finding your path to healing and personal
growth.
